I do see that it was built on a E-450 Chassis with either a 6.8L V10 gas engine or 6.0 V8 diesel engine. Check with the vehicle information tag inside the door to confirm the correct model as I have seen the fender emblems changed.

Your 1995 Chevy Cavalier FWD automatic is able to be towed on a tow dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1. According to the online manual you will need to put the front wheels on the dolly then set the parking brake. Next turn the ignition to off to unlock the steering wheel.
